1. 事業者情報
本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）は、shuwa-lab（以下「当方」といいます）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「ヤクセル」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。

2. 取得する情報
当方は、本アプリの提供にあたり、以下の情報を取得します。
・音声データ: 翻訳のために録音されたマイク音声。音声認識・翻訳の処理に利用されます。
・翻訳テキストおよび会話履歴: 認識された原文と翻訳結果。原則として端末内に保存されます。
・設定情報: 使用言語、翻訳エンジン、履歴の自動削除設定、翻訳キーボードの言語ペアなど、アプリの設定値。
・端末・利用情報および匿名認証ID: 不正利用防止やサービス品質維持のため、Firebase により匿名の識別子や利用状況などの情報を取得する場合があります（個人を特定する登録情報は取得しません）。
・カメラ・写真: プロフィール写真を設定する機能を利用する場合に、カメラまたは写真ライブラリへアクセスします。
・iCloud 同期データ: 翻訳・会話履歴を端末間で同期する機能を利用する場合に、Apple の iCloud（プライベートデータベース）を使用します。
3. 利用目的
取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。
・音声認識および翻訳機能の提供
・会話の状況・文脈を考慮した翻訳精度の向上（コンテクスト解析機能を有効にした場合）
・本アプリの設定の保存および利用者ごとの体験の最適化
・不正利用の防止、利用上限の管理、サービスの維持・改善
・お問い合わせへの対応
4. 外部送信・第三者サービス
本アプリは、音声認識・翻訳を実現するため、必要なデータを以下の外部サービスへ送信します。送信先には日本国外（米国を含む）の事業者が含まれます。これらのデータは、各事業者のプライバシーポリシーおよび当方との契約に従って取り扱われます。
・Soniox, Inc.（米国）: リアルタイム音声認識（話者分離を含む）のために、録音したマイク音声データを送信します。（soniox.com/privacy）
・OpenAI, L.L.C.（米国）: テキスト翻訳および AI アシスタント（コミュニケーター）機能のために、認識・入力されたテキスト、会話履歴、および（コミュニケーターで画像を添付した場合は）画像を送信します。（openai.com/policies/privacy-policy）
・Google（Firebase）: 匿名認証、アプリの正当性確認（App Check）、サーバー機能、データ同期のために利用します。（firebase.google.com/support/privacy）
・Apple: 端末内の音声認識・翻訳機能、および iCloud 同期のために利用します。（apple.com/legal/privacy）
音声データは翻訳処理のためにこれら外部サービスへ送信される点に、あらかじめご同意のうえご利用ください。送信先の国における個人情報保護制度や、各事業者が講じる保護措置に関する詳細は、お問い合わせ先までご請求いただけます。
5. 保存期間および削除
会話履歴は原則として端末内に保存されます。
設定で「自動削除」を有効にした場合、最後の操作から一定時間（現状1時間）が経過すると履歴は自動的に削除されます。
設定画面の「履歴とコンテクストをクリア」から、いつでも手動で履歴を削除できます。
翻訳に使用する各社のAPIキーは端末に保存されず、サーバー側で安全に管理されます。
6. 端末の権限
本アプリは、機能の提供のために以下の端末の権限を必要に応じて使用します。
・マイク: 音声を翻訳するために使用します。
・カメラ／写真: プロフィール写真を設定するために使用します。
・iCloud: 翻訳・会話履歴を端末間で同期するために使用します。
これらの権限は、iOS の設定からいつでも変更できます。
7. 安全管理措置
各社のAPIキーは端末や配布ファイルに含めず、サーバー側のシークレット管理で保管し、短時間のみ有効なトークンを介して利用します。
アプリの正当性を確認するため Firebase App Check を利用し、不正なアクセスの抑止に努めます。
8. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、特定の年齢以下の子どもから意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。
未成年の方は、親権者など法定代理人の同意を得たうえでご利用ください。
9. 有料プラン（App内課金）に関する情報
本サービスは、Apple の App内課金による有料プラン（自動更新サブスクリプション）を提供します。決済自体は Apple が処理し、当方がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を取得・保持することはありません。
購入状態・サブスクリプションの有効性の管理のため、サブスクリプション管理事業者である RevenueCat, Inc.（米国）を利用します。この目的で、匿名の利用者識別子および Apple から提供される購入情報が処理されます。
当方は、利用枠の管理や不正検知のために、利用回数・利用時間などの利用状況を取得・記録することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本ポリシーを更新し、適切な方法で周知します。
10. 本ポリシーの改定
当方は、法令の変更やサービス内容の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。
改定後の本ポリシーは、本アプリ内または本サイトに表示した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

1. Provider Information
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") sets out how user information is handled in the mobile application "Yaccel" (the "App") provided by shuwa-lab (the "Provider").

2. Information We Collect
In providing the App, we collect the following information:
・Audio data: Microphone audio recorded for translation. Used for speech recognition and translation processing.
・Translation text and conversation history: Recognized source text and translation results. Stored on the device in principle.
・Settings: App settings such as the languages used, the translation engine, the auto-delete setting for history, and the keyboard language pair.
・Device/usage information and an anonymous authentication ID: To prevent misuse and maintain service quality, we may collect anonymous identifiers and usage information via Firebase (we do not collect personally identifying registration information).
・Camera/photos: We access the camera or photo library when you use the feature to set a profile photo.
・iCloud sync data: When you use the feature to sync translations and conversation history across devices, we use Apple iCloud (private database).
3. Purposes of Use
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
・To provide speech recognition and translation features
・To improve translation accuracy by considering the situation and context of the conversation (when the context analysis feature is enabled)
・To save app settings and optimize the experience for each user
・To prevent misuse, manage usage limits, and maintain and improve the Service
・To respond to inquiries
4. External Transmission and Third-Party Services
To enable speech recognition and translation, the App sends necessary data to the external services below. Recipients include providers located outside Japan (including the United States). This data is handled in accordance with each provider's privacy policy and our agreements with them.
・Soniox, Inc. (United States): We send recorded microphone audio for real-time speech recognition (including speaker diarization). (soniox.com/privacy)
・OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States): We send recognized/entered text, conversation history, and (when you attach an image in Communicator) images, for text translation and the AI assistant (Communicator) features. (openai.com/policies/privacy-policy)
・Google (Firebase): Used for anonymous authentication, app integrity verification (App Check), server functions, and data sync. (firebase.google.com/support/privacy)
・Apple: Used for on-device speech recognition and translation features and for iCloud sync. (apple.com/legal/privacy)
Please note and consent that audio data is sent to these external services for translation processing before using the App. Details on the data protection regimes of the recipient countries and the safeguards adopted by each provider are available upon request via our contact address.
5. Retention and Deletion
Conversation history is stored on the device in principle.
If you enable "auto-delete" in settings, history is automatically deleted after a set period (currently one hour) from your last action.
You can manually delete history at any time using "Clear history and context" in the settings screen.
The API keys for the translation services are not stored on the device; they are securely managed on the server side.
6. Device Permissions
The App uses the following device permissions as needed to provide its features:
・Microphone: Used to translate audio.
・Camera/Photos: Used to set a profile photo.
・iCloud: Used to sync translations and conversation history across devices.
You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
7. Security Measures
The API keys of the various services are not included in the device or distribution files; they are kept in server-side secret management and used via short-lived tokens.
We use Firebase App Check to verify app integrity and help deter unauthorized access.
8. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children below a certain age.
Minors should use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
9. Information Regarding Paid Plans (In-App Purchases)
The Service offers paid plans (auto-renewing subscriptions) through Apple in-app purchases. Payment itself is processed by Apple, and the Provider does not collect or retain payment details such as credit card numbers.
To manage purchase status and subscription validity, we use RevenueCat, Inc. (United States), a subscription management provider. For this purpose, an anonymous user identifier and purchase information provided by Apple are processed.
We may collect and record usage information, such as the number of uses and duration of use, to manage usage allowances and detect fraud. If we make significant changes, we will update this Policy and communicate them by appropriate means.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy in response to changes in laws or to the Service.
The revised Policy takes effect when displayed within the App or on this site.
